The BAUER external filling panel, is designed as a separate filling panel for wall mounting and is perfect for installation in other rooms, as it is equipped with a remote control.
The filling instruments are made of especially pressure-resistant brass, which makes them extremely resistant to the most diverse weather conditions.
The filling hoses exceed the strict safety requirements in force for filling breathing air cylinders. These hoses are mounted on pivots at the ends.

The filling valve of the rocker is equipped with a silencer. For effective protection against noise during the filling process.
The recoil guards on the filling valves ensure high personal and operational safety, even in case of inadvertent opening of the filling valve.
The number of filling valves in a filling panel can be 1, 2, 4, 6 or 10 valves.
The number of valves should be determined according to the air supply performance of the supply compressor.
The air supply performance determines the filling time of the breathing air cylinders. Each pressure range is guaranteed by a safety valve.
The filling panel with pressure reducer allows simultaneous filling of breathing air cylinders at different pressures. In contrast, only one pressure range is available for filling the cylinders in the filling panel with switch tap.
BAUER external filling panels can be used as optional accessories for all BAUER breathing air compression systems. Special executions of the filling panels are possible.
Remote operation areas for remote switching on and off and monitoring the compression system can also be integrated into the BAUER external filling panels, for example:
A fault warning light that signals technical faults and automatically disconnects the compression system.
A warning lamp for the current operating status of the compressor.
A warning lamp that signals filter cartridge saturation and thus the need for filter cartridge replacement (only for compressors equipped with B-SECURUS filter control).
