The BAUER KAP 23 series is designed to meet the high performance requirements of professional use under the harshest conditions.

As powerful fixed compression systems with a horizontal structure, they are available in versions for PN 330 bar both as open and fully closed systems.

Each of the powerful compressor blocks conceals more than 70 years of experience and the outstanding know-how of our test and development center.

Their essential features combine excellent reliability and long service life and are the result of high construction effort, intelligent and detailed solutions and high quality materials.

The 4-stage construction of the compressor blocks (IK 23) and the use of high-performance industrial ball bearings as well as horizontally ground and plasma-nitrided cylinders enable an extremely long installation life.

The high-pressure final stage is equipped with chrome-plated piston rings. Safe and reliable lubrication of the cylinder bearing surfaces is achieved with a maintenance-free, low-pressure oil pump.

Electric motors are optionally available as drives.
