The BAUER KOMPRESSOREN KAP 220 series is specially adapted to meet the high performance requirements in professional use and under the toughest conditions.
As powerful fixed compressor systems with horizontal structure, they are available in versions for PN 330 bar and PN 420 bar, both as open and fully closed systems.
The IK 22 series airend is designed for the most demanding professional applications, is designed to withstand more than 30,000 operating hours, and has been tested thousands of times.
Thanks to their extraordinary surface hardness, the cylinders subjected to plasma nitriding and horizontal grounding offer extremely long service life with minimal energy consumption and reliable oil lubrication of the cylinder bearing surfaces.
Wear-resistant piston rings in the last stage also minimize service costs. The compressor block works extremely efficiently and reliably. Stainless steel cooling fins ensure particularly efficient cooling and thus a long service life.
Electric motors are optionally available as drives.
