DETAILED ADVANTAGES

TAURUS® Axial eco – TAURUS® Series 1-4 in Axial Version
The economical solution for special applications.
The economical entry-level variant for special applications.

Applications:

The special gun of the TAURUS® Axial eco riveter allows it to be used in factories and, at the same time, allows for manual, ergonomic, and flexible work in applications with restricted access and when riveting from above is necessary. To ensure that the components to be riveted do not have a gap between them and that the rivet head is in contact with the workpiece, the TAURUS® Axial eco riveter can be additionally supplied with pressure control. To ensure the suction of the mandrels, an additional air supply is required. This is accessed, depending on the application, either through the compensator with valve or through the delay valve.

Advantages:

  • Economical solution
  • Ideal for installation on assembly tables, fixtures, or partially automated workstations
  • Very practical for applying rivets in points that require a vertical riveting process
  • Can be equipped with almost all additional accessories of the TAURUS® series: For example, extension units, rivet counter, riveting process control, pressure control, and remote control
  • Can be hung on a balancer
  • Integrated mandrel absorption for the removal of the residual mandrel.

Field of application:
