If your specific mobile application does not require the full functionality of the TCOM, the TCOM LITE is for you.

The TCOM LITE has been designed and manufactured by BAUER for entities that need a mobile cylinder recharging unit within a limited budget.

The unit features a multi-stage air-cooled compressor coupled with a water-cooled diesel engine. The attractive cover protects the system from the elements and road debris, and its sturdy structure can accommodate up to four storage cylinders. Its single-axle configuration offers increased mobility.

It can be pulled by most medium-duty vehicles.

PLC-based BAUER controller with multi-line text display
UL® approved NEMA 4 electrical components
Automatic condensate drainage system with corrosion-proof container, with switch for indication and shut-off for high condensate level
Two (2) DOT 6000p Class Air Storage Cylinders
Break-proof cylinder filling station with two filling positions for SCBA or SCUBA bottles up to 787 mm total length
Unique diesel engine system with belt tensioner
High-gloss powder paint for a durable finish
Hydraulic brakes with actuator
Dual function controls for cascade filling with four banks, with directional valve
