In case of a remaining capacity of less than 20%, the last segment starts flashing and instead of the operating hours, the filter cartridge number is displayed for a possible ordering process. If the cartridge is full, all 4 display segments will flash.<\/p>\n
The key symbol indicates the need for maintenance. The letters A to C indicate the required BAUER maintenance interval.<\/p>\n
Safety: The battery indication warns you when the battery needs to be changed.<\/p>\n
When changing the battery or in case of prolonged storage without battery, the operating hours and maintenance times are saved in the device’s RAM memory.<\/p>\n

Depending on the compressor size, the warning signal is issued with a time window of approx. 1 to 7 hours before cartridge saturation occurs. The B-SECURUS filter control automatically disconnects the compression plant if the cartridge is completely saturated and has not been replaced.<\/p>\n
In the event of a cable break or if there is no connection between the B-SECURUS and the control, a safety cut-out also occurs.<\/p>\n
If the P filter system has no filter cartridges, the compressor cannot be started. The note is displayed optically.<\/p>\n
The B-SECURUS filter control ensures optimum purity of the compressed breathing air according to DIN EN 12021 as well as the use of 100% of the BAUER filter cartridges used. The investment required for the B-SECURUS pays itself back in a short time. Calibration of the B-SECURUS system is not required.<\/p>\n
